The ABC to keep everyone happy 
- Deposit books in good state
- Organise with kids in mind: put kids books on the bottom shelves, and those only for adults on the top shelf
- Remove unwanted items (list below)
- Classify books according to categories and languages
- Help us keep the place clean, and remove advertisements
- of any problems (vandalism or defects)
The unwanted
- Torn, wet, or otherwise badly damaged books
- Books promoting hate, violence, discrimination, proselytism, etc.
- Leaflets, catalogues, magazines, event booklets, phone books, etc.
- Schoolbooks, training material or already completed exercise booklets
- Outdated travel guides and computer manuals
- CD, DVD, VHS and any object that is not a book
